At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.As a Senior Project Manager within Ping Identity’s Business Transformation Office (BTO), you will be driving complex, strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance across multiple departments. This full-time hybrid role, based in Denver, requires a high level of determination and accountability to ensure projects achieve successful outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver coordinated and successful projects. Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation, you will ensure alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and industry best practices, supporting Ping Identity's mission of scalable growth and organizational resilience.You Will:Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple functions and/or systems.Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated and timely delivery of key objectives.Provide comprehensive reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to various audiences, including the project team, business sponsors, and executive stakeholders.Present to executive leadership regarding project status, escalations, and alignment with strategic objectives.Exhibit strong initiative and ownership by proactively addressing issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables, driving projects to successful completion with minimal oversight.Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs to drive successful project outcomes.Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities across the organization.You Have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Based in Colorado for hybrid work (Currently: Tuesdays in the office).5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO.3+ years of experience in business consulting.Strong project execution toolkit: analysis, scoping, requirements gathering, project execution, and change management.You Have an Advantage If:You have experience in technology and/or software/cloud environments.You have M&A integration and/or system implementation experience.You have product & engineering exposure (e.g., NPI, pricing, SDLC, migration).You possess strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills and can lead across multiple business and technology organizations.You have experience in a fast-paced and growing environment.You hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.You are technically competent with various business applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Lucidchart.You are familiar with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.Salary Range: $117,000 - $132,000In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
