RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence monitoring and high risk customer analysis associated with BSA and OFAC compliance, making risk-based decisions.Leverage technology and implement technology enhancementsRespond to Bank BSA questions from staffDraft or revise procedures related to tasks performedBack up as needed for other BSA and OFAC functions including:Customer Due DiligenceSuspicious activity alerts and monitoringCurrency Transaction ReportingExemptionsMonetary InstrumentsHigh risk questionnaires314(a)HIDTA/HIFCAOffice of Foreign AssetsMaintain current knowledge of all applicable BSA and OFAC statutes, regulations, and interpretationsQUALIFICATIONS
2 – 4 years of BSA experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and accuracyAbility to meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookVerafin experience preferredCannabis banking experience preferreAbout Bridgewater Bank
