Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.Your greatest work is ahead!Leidos is hiring a NMCC Project Manager for the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Information Technology Services (ITS) program within the Leidos Digital Modernization Sector. Candidates require a SECRET clearance and will perform the Air Force's Job Control function on-site.If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can thrive, keep reading!The NMCC (National Military Command Center) Project Manager will be part of the Digital Modernization Sector supporting the AFNCR IT Services program located at the Joint Base Andrews. An active DoD Secret clearance is required; all work is onsite. The candidate will lead and manage project planning, resourcing, supply, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and project team management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users, and management. Participates in budget development and evaluates how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the supply chain practices associated with all procurement process initiatives.Primary Responsibilities:Handle AFNCR IT Service procurement of goods and services.Manage each part of the supply chain to ensure consistent delivery of goods and services while identifying possible obstacles that may affect productivity.Lead and manage project planning, resourcing, supply, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and project team management.Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users, and management.Participate in budget development and evaluate how project plan changes impact cost and schedule.Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects for government customers within the Defense Group.Update project status in Remedy.Hold and document stakeholder meetings.Update customers on project status.Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials.Develop and manage relationships with Leidos procurement team, suppliers, and stakeholders.Responsible for supply chain functions, such as material procurement, production planning, and inventory.Coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.Basic Qualifications:BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with less than 2+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.Procurement-based Project Management and/or Project Coordination experience.Working knowledge of Leidos PRR system, Remedy, and Microsoft Project.Currently possess a DoD Secret clearance.Knowledge of Supply Chain management.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Good organization and communication skills.Original Posting Date:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
