The Phoenix office of SmithGroup is looking for a Interior Designer to join our Healthcare team.
Working with us, you will:
Help manage projects, participate in job production and construction administration efforts.Assist in preparing, coordinating and completing construction document packages.Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate FF&E materials and products.Serve as a resource on interior design issues to others in the office, as well as assist in the design work of others to ensure integrated and cohesive design.Participate in presentations and visioning sessions to develop programs for clients.Be responsible for meeting project deadlines and budget constraints.An ideal candidate has:
A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.Minimum 4 years of related experience and Health Care projects of varying types and complexity.LEED AP preferred. Architectural or Interior Design registration preferred.Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with 3-D modeling capabilities.Demonstrated ability to perform work involving independent judgment and to act as project coordinator and leader.The ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permitting and bidding on projects.
