Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads for our custom software solutions. Your primary focus will be identifying businesses that need scalable software to enhance operations, project management, and financial performance. You must complete a DISC assessment to qualify for this position. Responsibilities: •

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Target businesses in industries like industrial services, manufacturing, and medical equipment that would benefit from our software solutions. •

Qualifying Leads:

Engage prospects to understand their challenges and qualify them for our software offerings. •

Relationship Building & Referral Partnerships:

Develop strong client relationships and establish partnerships with referral partners to generate new leads. •

Maintaining Standards:

Consistently meet or exceed minimum standards in prospecting activities, appointments set, presentations, and assessment calls. •

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends to refine your approach and improve lead generation. •

Reporting:

Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and report on metrics regularly. Qualifications: • Disc assessment complete. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software industry. • Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Compensation: $92,000 - $133,000 yearly
