Job Summary:Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals who desire to learn the healthcare real estate industry, join our team of expert agents, and expand our unparalleled impact of helping healthcare providers Maximize Your Profitability Through Real Estate.
Job Responsibilities:
Advise, protect, and effectively negotiate on behalf of healthcare providers' best interests in their commercial real estate transactionsBuild and maintain a pipeline that represents dozens of practices annuallyEvaluate commercial properties, locations, and developmentsNegotiate terms and deal structuresEducate healthcare providersAssemble the most ideal team for each client's unique transactionAnalyze transaction costs, purchase vs. lease scenarios, and moreEstablish and grow relationships with key referral partners and trusted vendors
Qualifications:
Must have closed on at least one commercial property, excluding a multifamily and/or land deal. (Retail, office space(s), restaurant, gas station, etc.)Active Real Estate LicenseProven track record of success with at least 3 years' history of increase and growthProven experience with building relationships and new business developmentExcellent communication skills: written, orally, and when presenting to a groupComputer and tech-savvy: ability to effectively work in word, outlook and excel, while learning new platforms including Salesforce, DocuSign, and othersSuperior leadership skills, with a focus on empowering others around youThe ability to confidently advise owners and administrators of highly successful practicesEntrepreneurial mindset: creative thinking and a commitment to solving problems and winning against landlords and sellersWillingness to engage in healthy confrontation, due to conflicts that can arise from million-dollar negotiations

Salary Potential:1099 (commission only)-
1st year OTE- $50-80kIncome potential in a couple of years $200k-$400k+It can take up to a full year to build revenue and see the income steadily coming in. Must be able to commit to working full-time as an Agent
