Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Director of Sales to lead our sales team and continue to drive growth in our commercial HVAC division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the commercial HVAC sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales goals.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the commercial HVAC sector.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including property managers, building owners, contractors, and facility managers.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.Experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, products, and services.Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Valid driver's license.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k) with match.Employer paid Basic Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance.Optional voluntary insurance plans.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Company-provided tools, equipment, and resources.Join Our Team:If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the HVAC industry and a track record of success in commercial sales, we encourage you to apply.
