H.E Neumann a leading provider of Commercial,Industrial, and Residential Mechanical Contracting Services, is seeking andynamic and motivated Sales Service Manager in Morgantown, WV.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in business development and sales, with a focus on theHVAC Service industry. This role involves identifying new businessopportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and drivinggrowth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the HVAC Service sector.Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the company's services and value propositions to potential clients.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into successful agreements / projects.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.Analyze client needs and preferences to inform sales strategies and service offerings.Work with the estimating and project management teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals.Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the company's CRM systemPrepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, estimating, and project management, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HVAC Service or mechanical contracting industry.Experience mentoring/ overseeing junior business development representatives.Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of HVAC services and industry dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
