SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK)

DutiesYou will carry out full spectrum cyberspace operations through the integration of intelligence and network agility.You will provide supervisory and technical oversight of Joint Mission Operations Center (JMOC) responsibilities and platforms, including coordination of testing, evaluating, and piloting new capabilities.You will manage large-scale, long-range programs that upgrade and deliver secure and reliable information services.You will assess risk and vulnerabilities to information technology (IT) enterprise architecture and infrastructure, network systems, enclave boundaries, endpoint devices, and software applications.You will ensure compliance with governing regulations, policies, and standards while identifying or developing new cost-effective security controls to mitigate risks.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Qualifications You must demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:1.
