Manager, Business Development

to support their Media & Entertainment practice group. This pivotal role involves creating and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives across various markets and geographies.Key Responsibilities:Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Support key client initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic business development and marketing activities.Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business development and marketing plans, setting clear goals, action items, and deadlines in collaboration with partners and internal teams.Proposal and Pitch Preparation:

Draft and prepare proposals, pitches, and communications for both current and prospective clients.Campaign Strategy:

Drive content-driven campaign strategies aimed at generating new business opportunities.Cross-Selling Initiatives:

Collaborate with the global business development team to enhance cross-selling opportunities and marketing plans.Industry Trends:

Gather and analyze intelligence on legal industry trends to identify and explore new opportunities.Event Planning:

Plan and oversee seminars, events, and targeted marketing activities related to the Media & Entertainment practice.Digital Marketing Integration:

Work with Digital Marketing and Social Media teams to bolster business development efforts.Budget Management:

Assist in managing relevant business development budgets and work with PR & Communications to elevate the practice's profile.Travel and Project Management:

Travel as needed to support initiatives and participate in related activities. Lead additional projects to support the Media & Entertainment team’s profile-raising efforts.Proficiencies:In-depth knowledge of legal and professional services marketing technologies and trends.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document management, and CRM systems.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong editing and research capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Solid understanding of law firm operations and the needs of corporate legal clients.Advanced marketing principles, relationship management, team building, and leadership skills.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, law, business, or a related field (required).At least 7 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within a corporate law firm or similar setting.Experience supporting a Media & Entertainment practice group is preferred.Management experience in a corporate law firm or relevant industry is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:Salary:

$119,700 to $155,600 annually, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
