QUALIFICATIONS:

Solid technical knowledge of personal computer hardware/software systems in a LAN/WAN environmentGood judgment and analytical ability essential for responding to support calls and completing users software/hardware installationsExcellent skills in dealing with unstructured problems that affect productivity of computer usersStrong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical conceptsStrong follow-up and organizational skillsProfessional manner in person, on the telephone, and via e-mail; excellent communications skillsAbility to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the IT teams knowledge of and concern for the user's business needsSignificant experience in an IT support/technical environment, client/server platform or with personal computerMust be capable of lifting and carrying a min of 50lbsEDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree in Computer Technology a plusSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
