Job Description:
We are a Pre-Owned is a used car dealership searching for several driven Automotive Sales Associates/Car Sales Consultants to help us sell our constantly revolving inventory of used cars on-site in Hampstead, MD.
We purchase 50-60 used cars a week and we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. On average we sell over 200+ cars a month. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet & assist customersMaintain & upkeep the sales floorTake customers on test drivesSolve any problems the customer may haveHelp the customer find the vehicles they are interested inBuild customer relationships to drive salesSet a clear goal for your sales performanceShow up on timeAdhere to uniform requirementsWork independently throughout the dayQualifications(Certifications, Skills):
Proficient with computers and technologyValid driver's licenseClean driving recordAble to drive a manual transmission vehicleGood organizational skillsCapable communicatorAbility to excel in a high pace industryAble to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
Compensation:
Average Yearly Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000
