About the Role:All Voting seeks a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a program that effectuates All Voting is Local’s mission in Nevada. The person hired for this role will be focused on local and state level election administration and partnership engagement.As a leader in the state coalition, All Voting is Local directly engages with state and county officials, tribal nations, and coalition partners to advocate and push for policies that expand access to voting for all Nevadans – and ensure every vote counts. All Voting is Local and our partners work to shape statewide rules for elections in Nevada to make them more protective of voters. This role will engage in language access advocacy with stakeholders in Nevada.
THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE IN NEVADA.What you will do:Evaluates policies for how they impact voters’ rights and helps devise solutions to barriers voters face.Leads education and outreach for campaign initiatives and partners with key allies to identify opportunities for advancement of voting rights in the state.Works closely with the existing network of voting rights organizations in support of election administration reform and voter education.Play a leading role within the states voting rights coalition.Represents All Voting is Local at coalition, governmental, and stakeholder meetings.Writes about issue campaigns to educate and activate supporters, coalition partners, and other stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:4+ years experience within the
political, organizing, or campaigning space. Brings established and productive relationships within the Nevada grassroots leaders community.Demonstrated skill working with and building issue based coalitions.Familiarity with Nevada election systems, needs, and issues.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.On occasion, must be flexible working some nights and weekends, depending on workload.Ability to think creatively and find solutions.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Is based in Nevada and able to travel primarily within NevadaDemonstrated ability to work with communities of color in an advocacy setting.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeFluency in Spanish a plusWhat We Offer:All Voting offers its employees a robust benefits package, including 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, and generous personal leave and vacation time.
