Job Summary:

The

Campus

Events Coordinator

is primarily responsible for assisting the Sales Team in activating and coordinating campus events at Hall of Fame Village, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be ethical and have an unquestioned level of personal and professional integrity. In addition, the candidate will assist in creating, implementing, and helping manage annual events at the Hall of Fame Village campus.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.?Assist in creating, developing, and implementing programming across campus.Coordinate with the events team to maximize attendance, engage guests, and attract business sponsors as needed.Develop client relationships to ensure long-term patronage.Coordinate a seamless event execution process with the support of relevant internal departments.Complete the booking process from reservation to event completion.Respond in a timely manner to calls, inquiries and emails (within 24 hours).Maintain comprehensive records and accounting.Attend networking events and trade shows as requested.Accurately and diligently maintain records and track customers and prospects through CRM.Communicate and complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to operations team.Assist with collaborating with the implementation of yearly event calendars for campus activations.Identify categories for prospective new business leads.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Follow organizational processes and procedures to ensure compliance of working for a publicly traded company.Management of other tentpole events as assigned.All other duties as assigned.SALARY/EXEMPT POSITION

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required), preferably in marketing, sport marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is highly desired.Experience in partnerships, sales, event management, or development, preferably in entertainment, highly desired.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills required.Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends & holidays as necessary) is required.Must have the ability to gain and enhance the respect and trust of superiors, peers, subordinates, customers, and the investment community.Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters while maintaining confidentiality.Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and entire organization.Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance, working quickly without compromising quality.??Demonstrated success in working in a team environment with the ability to interact and discern and implement the objectives of multiple stakeholders.Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM input and accountability.Physical Requirements for Position:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.The ability to work in various Ohio weather conditions, inside and outside.The ability to move safely over uneven terrain, steps, or in construction zones.?The ability to see and respond to hazardous situations.?The ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for periods of time as required for the position.Must be able to hear, see, and speak.Must have the ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio.Core Competencies:
