Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.Conduct regular visits to customer sites, delivering presentations and product demonstrations as needed.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.Proven track record of success in sales.Minimum of 3 years of industrial sales experience preferably in equipment.Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.What's on Offer
