The Role
As a Business Development Representative, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential referral sources, generating lasting connections and proactively seeking ways to meet stated goals. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with industry professionals as well as working closely with our existing Business Development and Sales Teams.
This is a hybrid position that will work from both our Fort Lee, NJ office and our Soho, NYC office, in addition to working from home.
ResponsibilitiesActively prospecting to sell clients into the WIMG Media inventoryManaging client relationsScaling campaigns through active analysis with support from the Account Management departmentEducation & Experience
Typically requires a BS/BA or Associate's degree, but not mandatory1+ years of previous sales experience, with ESP sales experience preferredRequirements
Sharp, self-starter, go-getter, motivated by reaching numbers/goals.Team player, and excellent listener, assertive and persuasive. Show us your grit!Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.Diligent and conscientious, with close attention to detail.Energetic and outgoing personality with an affinity for engaging with people.Excellent organizational skills.Tech savvy.Experience with Excel and Salesforce, along with the desire to quickly familiarize yourself with other Sales prospecting and CRM tools.
