DC based Real Estate Developer hiring a Director of Development
Your new role:
Hiring for a Director of Development for a Real Estate Developer and Builder based in Washington DC to oversee a strong pipeline of single family, custom home and multifamily projects in the district. Seeking a professional that is either operating a Director of Development level or current Development Manager looking for a step up in their career. This a small real estate company with a great reputation, sustainable flow of projects and are looking for employees to join and help the company grow further.
What you will need to succeed:
Ideally you will have experience in single family, custom homes, townhome and multifamily projects.Experienced in developing assets in Washington DC.Strong skills in development/project management ranging from project financing, entitlement, zoning and permitting and construction management.Ability to get 'hands on' in a Director position, this is a small but growing team and the need to multi-task is required.A related construction, real estate or finance degree is required.Compensation and Benefits:
Total OTE in the $200K - $225K range. Base salary up to $175k, depending on experience and skill level.Enrollment into the company's bonus program with.Annual performance and promotion review401K Plan with a company match.Comprehensive and company paid Healthcare, Dental and Vision plan, single and family plans available.Short- and Long-term disability coverage.Professional development and association membership support.
