Estimating position required in LA
Our client has been in business for 50 years. They are an employee-owned construction and management firm known for its expertise in various sectors, including healthcare, education, government, entertainment, mixed-use, residential, and retail. They handle projects ranging from $5 million to over $500 million. Committed to their mission of enhancing experiences for clients, partners, and employees.
They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team, focusing on Office Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in office TI projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
