Evident ID is seeking a driven and self-motivated

Business Development Representative (BDR)

with 1-2 years of sales experience to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will take the initiative to engage key decision-makers at target companies, effectively communicating the unique value Evident provides in managing third-party risk. This position is ideal for a current BDR who is eager to fast-track their career, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Executive within 6 months.

Candidates must be based in Tampa (FL) and able to work from office at least twice a week. There's also the option to work from Atlanta (GA).

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, develop, and convert leads through outbound strategiesEngage with prospects via phone, email, video, and other resources to convey the value of EvidentMeet or exceed monthly targets for lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are converted into opportunitiesDevelop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion ratesConduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trendsStay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesRequirements

1-2 years of sales experience looking for a 6-month fast-track to becoming an AESelf-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to excel and advance in their careerHighly motivated and committed to ensuring both customer and company successAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentStrong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skillsDisciplined approach to daily activity planning, goal setting, and achieving successDemonstrated ability to think creatively and synthesize information accuratelyReceptive to direction, coaching, and mentorshipExcellent teamwork and communication skills
