Job purpose

As a Regional Sales and Service Manager at PHINIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Aftermarket sales in the Southwest region.

Your focus will be to grow the commercial sales activities in the region. You will also become an integral part of the expansive PHINIA HR community, a dynamic, collaborative network that spans the globe, with passionate individuals working together from various locations.

Key responsibilitiesRepresent the business unit in a professional, positive manner.Strong written and oral communication skills including ability to present to customers.Responsible for all commercial sales activities for Delco Remy's Starter & Alternator businessAchieve annual sales budget (revenue, growth and margin) with assigned key National Accounts, Buying Groups, Independent Warehouse Distributors and other Key accountsCreate and maintain a business plan for the designated territory and customersEstablish and maintain a regular customer sales call pattern with existing and new customersMonitors market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments and communicates relevant informationDevelop, coordinate and conduct customer sales/product/training meetings and presentations proficientlyIntroduce and manage Aftermarket sales promotionsAttend industry and customer trade shows to strengthen the PHINIA & Delco Remy brand nameSuccessfully communicate key information with customers and corporate personnel as requiredWorks closely with fleet sales and OE Account Managers on business opportunitiesRemote sales role with location in USAWhat we're looking for

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred10+ years' NA HD CV experience in sales or engineering in the Commercial Vehicle industry / similar channels of distributionBasic Qualifications:

Able to travel 85-120 nights/weekends per yearKnowledge of the market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets, and competitionKnowledge of aftermarket channels of distribution, buying groups and organizations/associationsUnderstanding of how sales interrelates with other functions in the organizationExcellent presentation skills to various levels of management/leadershipExhibits high credibility and trustworthiness to customers and to the company-maintains healthy balance between the customer and companyStrong selling and negotiating skills-establishes relationships with customersHigh endurance and energy levels-works until the customer/companies needs are metWorks under general supervisionKey Job
