The support specialist supports the operational needs of the office by providing exceptional service to students, team members, and other offices with a positive and encouraging attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of student contacts to the Student Account Services department. This includes email, voicemail, and phoneProvide timely and helpful responses to inquiries received regarding 1098-Ts including the 1098-T email addressReceipt payments received by phone, mail, or online payment systemsEnsure that all Student Account Services documents are scanned and linked to the appropriate student recordProvide itemized receipts to students for individual courses upon requestPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:

Associates degree required or work equivalentExperience
