The Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) - Amazon, owns the direct relationship with Amazon retail teams and external agency partners to maximize sales and profitability and deliver on retail sales, shipments, and P&L annual financial goals for the channel. The SNAM drives accountability with internal and external stakeholders through regular business planning meetings and ensures the next steps are tracked and achieved. Comfortable in the details and willing to go deep into data regularly to make data-driven decisions, this role will have a high degree of ownership of the strategy and the results.

Responsibilities:

Support the VP of Sales in creating and driving the channel strategy for driving sales and profit growth, influencing shipment forecast/plan, and managing profitability by optimizing cost and pricing for existing and new productsDelivering best-in-class CX through perfect execution of GTM, promotional, content, and media/ad campaign strategiesLead and develop a long-term strategic partnership between customer and company while creating strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makersPartner closely with internal Demand Planning teams to build/improve processes to deliver accurate shipment forecastsDevelop channel-specific category strategies, business plans, and goals; identify growth opportunities based on a deep understanding of Amazon and StoreBound's subcategoriesCollaborate with digital media agency partners, product development, and creative team stakeholders to design and deliver best-in-class assortment and GTMCollaborate with Finance partners to deliver online item P&L goalsManage customer contracts, promotional and media budgets, and annual negotiationsLead the implementation and execution of the Amazon Advertising roadmap and deliver against sales goalsDaily monitoring of product detail pages for constant improvement, to maintain a healthy content score, and optimized SEOPartner with Creative and Marketing Teams on the implementation of product launches, landing pages, on-site campaigns, brand store updatesDeliver business updates to the executive team via monthly business reviews, detailing progress/challenges, with recommended steps to resolve or breakthroughSkills:

7 - 10 years of experience working with Amazon retail teams (1P/Vendor Central) experience required3 - 5 years of experience in team management, hiring, developing, and coaching direct reports4-year bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business degrees are preferred)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner to executive leadership teamsAdvanced skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office ApplicationsAdvanced data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is requiredPrior demand planning and forecasting experience requiredSolid analytical skills and high attention to detail is requiredAbility to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and deadline-driven is requiredSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results is requiredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment is requiredAbility to manage and work with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Operations, Product Development teams is requiredWe're super excited to find a talented Senior National Account Manager - Amazon who is eager to join our team and grow with our company.
