Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our newly created National Accounts and digital sales team, focusing on driving sales growth at Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and optimizing product listings to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly Amazon's platform, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize sales and profitabilityCoordinate with marketing and editorial teams to create effective promotional campaignsServe as the primary point of contact for Amazon, managing the day-to-day relationship and communicationsConduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences on AmazonWork with the operations team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of inventory on AmazonPrepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and growth opportunitiesUtilize analytics tools to track sales trends, campaign performance, and customer behaviorsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, enhance listing accuracy, and maximize visibility and conversion ratesRequirements

Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in publishingAt least 2 years experience working with AmazonProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExpertise in Amazon sales management and Amazon Vendor CentralAbility to strategize pricing, promotions and advertising initiatives

Location

Candidates must reside in the NY tri-state area, and be able to work in person 2 days per week.

Salary Description

$85,000 - $105,000
