We're on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You'll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward.

In This RolePartner with National Account Executives to understand customer insights in order to maximize results from key clientsElevate the customer experience to provide world-class customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, as well as anticipating client's needs, implementing improvements, and identifying trends for future businessSupport seamless implementation of new products by creating presentations, training materials, and outlining product informationGenerate and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiativesFoster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Art Studio, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processesUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by ManagementThe Ideal Person

Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support roleSalesforce experience strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience)Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentA friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environmentStrong decision-making skills and the ability to work independentlyAbility to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customersActive and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
