We are looking for a talented and passionate photographer to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of the Associate Photographer is to support the day to day shooting workflow in the studio. This role will concentrate on product silo photography, with additional responsibilities in basic videography and editing. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our creative team to produce high-quality photography and video assets.
In This RoleShoot product silo photography upholding the Four Hands quality standardsEnsure consistency in lighting, composition, and color accuracyAssist the Photographers and Videographers on set in the planning and execution of photo shootsWork closely with the photographer, stylists, and other team members to understand project goals and ensure that the visual content aligns with the Four Hands visionSet up lighting, backgrounds, and props, ensuring the setup aligns with the overall art direction and aesthetic goalsWork closely with the Warehouse Leadership teams to film and edit training videosAssist in the post-production processMaintain the equipment closet, including updating ordering quantities and ensuring all equipment is in optimal conditionUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands teamOther duties as assigned by ManagementThe Ideal Person
1+ years' experience in studio or related roleBachelor's degree in photography or related fieldCapture One and Photoshop experienceBasic knowledge of video production and editingUnderstanding of strobe lighting scenarios, with experience in Profoto being a plusCreative problem solving skillsAbility to effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to move or lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand/lift for up to 8 hours.Detail oriented and strong organizational skillsBenefits
