Travel Operating Room RN (Rochester, NY)

Location: Various healthcare facilities in Rochester, NY (specifically not within 50 miles)

Compensation:

• Total weekly compensation: $2936.00

Hours:

• 20-40 hours per week
• Rotating shifts including nights, days, and mid-shifts

Compensation:

• Weekly stipend: $1,316.00
• Weekly pay rate: $1620.00
• Total weekly compensation: $2936.00

Job Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care during surgical procedures.

·         Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room.

·         Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia as needed.

·         Educate patients and families on post-surgery care and recovery.

·         Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

·         Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.

Specific Requirements:

• Must have minimum 3 years of experience and experience in specific service lines Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, and robotic

·         Valid RN license in the state of New York.

·         BLS and ACLS certifications.

·         Strong organizational and communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·         Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.

Additional Information:

• Expected to work every other weekend.
• Does NOT accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
