We are actively recruiting a Business Support Specialist to support our Boise office. The candidate should have strong computer skills. What We Are Looking ForProfessional QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred.At least three years' experience with administrative support.Experience working with Enterprise Legal Management is a plus.Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint and desire and ability to learn additional software.Excellent communication skills.Collaborate with and support team members.Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.Reliable.Effective prioritization skills.Good organizational skills.Able to work independently while also contributing to team environment.

The TeamThe EB Consulting practice provides actuarial and other consulting services for multiple industries, for employee and retirees, and for Corporate, Public and Multiemployer Plans. LocationCandidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Boise, ID on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered.CompensationThe salary range depends on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.BenefitsAt Milliman, we focus on creating an environment that recognizes - and meets - the personal and professional needs of the individual and their family.
