Strategic Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build a pipeline from scratch and sell marketing and business solutions to companies targeting family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing overall sales strategies and tactics for launching new product lines, identifying business opportunities, and forming strategic collaborations and partnerships with key stakeholders in the family office space.This role is perfect for an independent, strategically minded go-getter who loves a challenge.You Will:Manage a diverse national and regional account list across multiple platforms by developing and delivering cross-platform solution driven programs for clientsDrive sales process from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for prospects and customersAggressively research, identify, and qualify targeted potential clients to build connections, develop leads and create pipeline proactively and drive strategy for new businessDevelop & maintain relationships at the C-Suite level with prospective customers to deliver specific customized solutionsExercise creativity and independent judgment from evaluating competitive environment to identifying prospects and customer needs to developing strategies and solutions to address those needs and implementationCreate new and unique opportunities that position Crain Currency as partner of choice for prospects and customersPossess analytical skills-Ability to leverage data to track key trends, competition, and identify market opportunities and client potential to grow new businessSales Leader Requirements:Bachelor's degree5+ years of successful solutions-based sales experience, preferably in the family office or financial services spaceProven ability to prospect and develop new business as well as manage and grow existing businessAbility to anticipate customer's needs, find effective solutions and solve customer's problemsPossess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding listening skillsAbility to achieve all sales goals through a focused and strategic approach to salesDetail oriented with the ability to manage all of the details of online campaigns accuratelySolid knowledge and experience using research toolsAbility to create programs and partner with customers as they grow their businessThis position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.Pay Transparency Disclosure:The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This position is also eligible for a commission plan in addition to base salary.The final salary offering will take into accounta wide range of specific and relevant factors, including experience, accomplishments and location. The salary range provided should not be considered as a salary limit or cap.
