The successful candidate will achieve this by strengthening the personal relationships with the distributor, helping the distributor's salespeople sell more effectively, helping the distributor plan for future business development as well as hiring and managing direct Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists. The Area Business Manager will also be responsible for helping Game Ready management understand the size and scope of each distributor's business.This is a key position within the company and requires someone with the ability to think creatively, be customer focused, have excellent interpersonal skills, develop and execute strategic plans in addition to making effective and professional sales presentations.Specific Responsibilities Include:Develop and execute a comprehensive account management plan that includes identifying key revenue producing geographies and accounts with a revenue growth strategy.Manage and oversee onboarding of new distributors, independent reps and direct reps on how to effectively sell and market the Game Ready System and associated accessories.Field rides with salespeople to coach and drive execution to sell more effectively and close business.Field time with independent representatives to understand their sales processes to drive more accountability in revenue growth and account expansion to increase Game Ready usage.Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with distributors.Develop distributor specific sales plans to help grow unit volume and revenue.Work with marketing to assist with developing sales and marketing materials.Attend and manage trade shows.Provide weekly sales review 1:1 with National Director.Adhere to all compliance requirements and training.Manage expenses weekly and follow all corporate card guidelines with concur reporting and team expense approvals.

Professional Experience:The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years account management experience.Minimum of 3 years leading a team of sales representatives. 1099 and distributor-based experience a plus.Background in medical device or surgical selling preferred.Bachelor's degree.3-5 years of business development experience. (Capital equipment a plus)Willing to travel nationally 30%-50% of the time.Proven track record managing a team and building revenue growth.Detail oriented.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present new concepts to customers in a clear and concise way.Team player.Proficient using the following computer software programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary Range:The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $155,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits.
