* Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with strategic customers with the aim of sustainably increasing sales* Independent customer development planning and the recognition of new potential with existing customers* Independent planning, preparation and implementation of annual, Acquisition, final and price discussions as well as their follow-up and documentation* Training of employees in the home care area* Discharge and transfer management up to permanent outpatient further care* Documentation of sales activities via Salesforce.com and reporting to superiors* Implementation of the planned sales activities with target customers Creation of a weekly and monthly plan* Independent regular area analysis and development of * Corrective measures * Observation of market and sales trends * Product training for medical and nursing staff* Participation and organization of national and regional trade fairs and congresses* Organization and implementation of regional customer events * Communication with internal Departments such as marketing, regulatory affairs, supply chain and internal sales (customer service) Travel activity approx. 50% overnightJob Position Accountabilities/ExpectationsTo achieve the Sales revenue, Gross Profit and Product mix targets set for GermanyTo implement at Hospitals with orthopaedic departments as well as Physiotherapies, Buying Groups, Universities and BG Hospitals as well as Strategic Account(s) agreed promotional activities & support as agreed with the team.To provide a day-to-day link between the Strategic Account(s)/ hospitals and Avanos for the effective flow of communication, training, business opportunities and Avanos products/services.To communicate all competitor activity to the Sales & Marketing team.To implement the Customer Development Process programme at all target sites and with selected Strategic Account(s)/Buying groups as agreed with the Team Leader.Identify all possible profitable business opportunities for the Healthcare portfolio within the territory (the whole of Germany).To document and update business opportunities, customer contact details, action plans and progress of related activities in SalesForce.com at regular intervals as agreed with line manager.To promote product benefits, advantages & support to target sites in line with marketing directives.Complete all administration, reports & requests within guidelines & on time.Ensure effectiveness of journey plan on a regular basis to ensure maximum levels of service.Maintain local promotional activity budget & samples budget spend.Perform all necessary duties as directed by the Manager.

Quality: Supports the organization to ensure an adequate and effective quality management system, supports the quality policy and sustains a quality culture.Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skill RequiredYou are a passionate salesperson and enjoy* Acquiring new customers* You have medical or commercial training or a comparable degree* Confident and hands-on sales talent with several years of (sales) experience in the medical technology industry (building target groups and strategy Outpatient and clinic* Analytical and structured way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and initiative* Experience in the field of sports medicine / orthopedics / trauma surgery* Experience in the field of physiotherapy* You have a network in the German healthcare market with a focus on sports medicine, orthopedics, trauma surgery and physiotherapy* You have good Business management and resilient health policy knowledge* Experience in dealing with field service control systems (Salesforce) and with MS Office* Good language skills in English* You have/are:o Goal- and result-oriented way of workingo Analytical, networked thinkingo Action-oriented, flexible with hands-on Mentalityo Effective and situationally adapted communication with stakeholderso Independent with organizational talent o Negotiation skillso Confident and convincing in appearanceo Resilient and stable personalityo Responsible (takes responsibility for his results and never pushes away)o Team playero LoyaltyRequired QualificationsEducated to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent vocational qualification. Nursing, Medical sales and a clinical background will be an advantage. Must be self-starting and able to work autonomously.Must be a Senior Sales Representative; demonstrable superior selling, negotiation, and presentational skills. Experiene in Hospital (Orthopaedic, Trauma and Sportsmed) as well as Out of Hospital (f.e. Physiotherapie) Market.Experience to work with GPO`S.
