Technician::Maintain Bethany buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of all Bethany facilities.Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting .Help organize maintenance and repairs performed on buildings.Responsible for maintaining and improving buildings and grounds to meet Bethany standards.Responsible for building quality control. Inspects facilities and work areas to eliminate deficiencies and improve Bethany facilities.Requisition building maintenance supplies, material and equipment; monitor inventory; load and unload supplies, materials and equipment.Appropriately operate all equipment and machinery as necessary.Load and deliver tables and chairs to special events.• Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all maintenance and repair projects.The schedule is full-time, with on-call responsibility and every other weekend.We offer salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefit package including health insurance plan, company paid life insurance and short-term disability benefits, up to a 3.5% matching contribution in the 403(b) retirement plan and free membership at our on-site Fitness Center.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceIf you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach Bethany directly to request an alternative method.
