- Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
- Hours: At least 50% of shifts are required to be scheduled during off hours (3 PM - 7 AM), including an every-other-weekend commitment and 1-2 holidays as per the agreement.
- Work Environment: Our ICU Department is a 22 bed unit that provides the highest level of care to a wide variety of patients with the best nurse/patient ratios. Staffing decisions are made with the inclusion of the frontline team on safe and appropriate care. The highest acuity patients will receive 1:1 nurse/patient ratios and moderate acuity is a 1:2 nurse/patient ratio. There is a high level of patients with a multitude of diagnosis from respiratory and cardiac conditions to multi organ system failure and post op-surgical recoveries. This unit has a strong a supportive team culture.

- Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration are encouraged.
- Wisconsin RN license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), successful completion of Critical Care Transport Team (CCTT) coursework, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained upon completion of orientation.
- BLS certified - other certifications maybe needed depending on specialty area
- At minimum 2 years of acute RN experience required
- Epic experience required
