The person in the Senior Solution Analyst role will play a critical role in delivering and supporting BCG's client-facing end-to-end reorganization solution, OrgBuilderTM. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial drive and have demonstrated experience in client service. The main responsibility will be working directly with case teams, for clients in a dedicated fashion, plus support strategic business initiatives, and advanced capability & functionality building for the internal team when not staffed.BCG X is an integral part of BCG's strategy to develop premium digital client service offerings in order to deliver superior value and sustained impact, accelerates clients' speed to insights and define and develop custom products to deliver unique offerings and services that redefine the client experience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. BCG X has responsibilities for full-life cycle of BCG proprietary data and software assets, from initial business case to roadmap delivery, launch, and ongoing support operations. All of BCG's core product capabilities are housed within BCG X including product management, design, development, support and data analytics experts who work in deep collaboration with BCG practice areas, clients and consulting teams.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing targeted, onsite support to case teams/clientsPredominantly client-facing with expectation of being onsite (50-70% travel)Owns client delivery, drives adoption, and ensures our clients realize value from our solutionsActs as the main point of contact throughout the delivery program; ability to manage complex client situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnershipOwns tool & data modules and works with case teams and Org Design Topic experts in delivering OrgBuilder for clients; Including presenting insights, analysis, and results to client teams along with providing client facing training as neededWorks together with the BCG case team, BCG's clients, and Org Design Topic experts to understand client's processes, business requirements, and delivery program specifics requirementsContributes to and manages the OrgBuilder deployment plan with clients, including tool configurations as well as setting and managing client expectationsDelivers positive outcomes for client stakeholders through proactive communication, orchestration of the right internal resources, and effective management of the delivery programSupports workshops with clients & BCG case teams as needed during the delivery programSupports broader commercial agenda of the solutionRepresents OrgBuilder internally and externally including client demos, presentations at topic area meetings and similar forums, etc.Builds deep client relationships to support positive future commercial outcomes for our major products/solutions and the larger BCG client service businessBuild strong relationships with CT leadership in order for them to be strong advocates for OrgBuilder and create further staffing opportunities for the SAProvides post-case support and counsel as part of overall solution service modelSupports business development efforts through strong awareness of client needs & demonstrated expertise in the solutionWorks closely with the Product Leadership team, topic area team and key BCG stakeholders on proposal support and associated business development activities including strategic initiatives, advanced analytics, data/ AI capability building, and thought leadership incorporation into the productWhat You'll BringUndergraduate degree in business management or STEM fields required; or advanced degree from a top tier institution preferredMust be proficient in handling complex datasets, building Alteryx modules and Excel dashboards (pivot tables, writing formulas, managing data sets, etc.)Experience in software configuration/setup/admin experience is preferred3-5 years in a client service environment requiredTravel will be required (50-70%)Experience in OrgDesign related experience, ideally in the consulting industry is a BonusExperience with Tableau is a bonusKEY COMPETENCIES:Outstanding written and oral communication skills - able to adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures as part of a global team and support product communications (demo, in PowerPoint and directly in proposal pitches etc)Deep data analytics skills & capability with solid problem-solving approach to "connect the dots" through leveraging data analytics tools with no/minimal supervision from senior colleagues for case/client support work or for product implementationDeliver ad-hoc requests from case or proposal teams to leverage (benchmarking, market insights, internal/external) data/databases (with no/very limited senior guidance)Ability to take ownership and drive outcomes with accuracy, strong attention to detail, and deliver outstanding customer serviceEntrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environmentWho You'll Work WithPeers across Financial Institutions' data assets to execute and deliver the findingsSenior counterparts for directions, best practices, and overall guidanceBCG consulting teams and clients to discuss insights & offer ongoing access to data for consulting projects.Additional infoThe first-year base compensation for this role is $115,000.
