Education/Regulatory Requirements:o High school or equivalent preferred.o AS degree and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred.B.
Skills:o A minimum of 1 year of Technical School or experience as a computer technician.o Proficient in Network topographies, printers and peripherals, and hardware repair.o Knowledge of current software including MS Office products, and MS Windows products.C.
Professional Requirements:o Excellent communication skills; experience in dealing tactfully with a variety of people.o Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
