Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to our Operations Planning team. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing data visualizations and supporting analysis towards Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes that influence company growth and savings objectives. They will translate technical concepts into tailored business recommendations with clear reporting for a wide range of stakeholders throughout the company. We are looking for a subject matter expert in the data analytics space with a technical background, effective communication skills and a desire to make an impact and keep growing. This position provides analytical support towards long- to short-term planning initiatives. Daily work includes PowerBI development, updating model logic, interpreting results, monitoring data quality, supply/demand forecasting, ad-hoc analysis and consulting across departments. This is hybrid role in our Rochester, NY headquarters. Responsibilities Supports Sales-Inventory-Operations-Planning (SIOP) processes with supply and demand analysis and visualization development. Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports to stakeholders and management. Fields and understands requirements to design and tailor analytical solutions to meet daily business needs and strategy development. Analyzes data to identify trends in demand, risk variables and performance relative to plan. Applies geospatial and meteorological data analysis to support efficient imagery capture. Collaborates with finance and operations analysts throughout the company to align best practices and support planning initiatives. Drives tool development, documentation and process improvements in cooperation with Operations, Finance and Sales. Communicates results with a feedback loop for continuous improvement of planning applications. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BA/BS in a technical field such as Database Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. MS/MA is a bonus. Preferred Experience Exceptional analytical skills with 2 years of previous work experience in analytically intensive roles. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Technical expertise regarding data models, SQL, database design and sourcing data. Advanced proficiency in MS office with a focus on Excel and PowerBI. Proven ability to communicate results and recommendations. Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid position in our Rochester, NY headquarters, with a base salary range of $62-70K, and bonus eligible.
