Trade Marketing Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Sales Support Coordinator to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, MO. This position will work within the Trade Marketing group to help implement marketing communications tactics and plans in support of the various sales and brands teams which meet profit and sales objectives for MGP/Luxco.
What will you do?
Domestic Sales Regional Divisions Support
Manage day-to-day marketing project work between Luxco sales teams and agency partner(s), including but not limited to special materials, media placements, custom requests, etc.Meet with sales team/distributors on regular basis to gain better understanding of our focus brands, competitive set, and distributor go-to-market strategies.Sales Materials Development & Coordination
Work with all sales teams, brand teams and below-the-line agency for managing projects related to retail executions, selling materials, etc.Partner with POS Coordinator on management of corporate premiums site and partnerships - work with the Sales and Brand teams to figure out strategy for program items and to keep items refreshed.National Accounts Sales Team Support
Work with National Accounts team to manage projects specific to campaign elements and selling materials unique to this channel.Chain rebates program management (Quotient platform).International Sales Team Support
Work with International Sales team to manage project work specific to campaign elements and selling materials unique to their markets.Coordinate all packaging and label modifications necessary for the international market.Brand Management Team Support
Work with Brand Teams to manage and execute one-off tactical projects supporting Focus BrandsSupplement workload management from Brand Management teams.Responsible for maintaining Luxco Branded Spirits trade portal (DAM, news, brand pages, etc.).Handle customer service and support questions (emails and/or phone calls) from consumer market in conjunction with respective brand managers and sales reps.Barrel Program Coordination
Work with Brand Mangers, Barrel Program Manager, internal operational teams, and vendors to coordinate production of materials for various efforts related to Luxco's Barrel Picks Program.Awards Submissions Coordination
Coordinate between the Brand Teams and the PR firm to compile and submit everything needed for industry award shows.Budget
Accountable for understanding Advertising & Promotion communication budget details and administration.Process purchase orders and invoices from vendors.What do you need to bring to the table?
B.A/B.S. DegreeMinimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in project management for consumer-packaged goods brand(s) or an agency setting.Proven project management abilities.Proven ability to communicate cross functionally.Must have excellent written and presentation skills and ability to work effectively in/on teams.Must be able to multitask.What will we provide you with.

What will you do?
