What you can expect to be doing:Provides strategic consultation to help client understand the research questions/methodologies to address key business challengesSeeks to understand how research fits into broader category/brand growth plansLeads the client to a better design despite possible push-backExercises strong leadership skills in interactions with clientsBuilds strong relationships with clients andleverages category/brand expertiseto influence client's thinking on research design, insights and implications, as well as overall business decision makingIdentifies opportunities to deliver a more holistic solution via integrating a myriad of relevant knowledge sourcesThis might be the job for you if you have:Completed Bachelor's Degree, master's level education an assetAt least 3 years of market research experience.Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPointSuperior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of informationData savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientationAbility to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budgetHighly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlinesThrives within a team environmentExcellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skillsIf you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.
