Key Responsibilities

IT Business AnalystDay-to-day operations of IT Business Solutions, enhancing business processes, analyzing new features & technologies, project management, technical coordination, and support.Spearhead the implementation and upkeep of various enterprise-level IT services to ensure optimal functionality. Provide support to PRF through the administration of desktop, server, and web applications.Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, change management, and budget.Application Support

Provide technical and security support for financial software systems. (OneSolution, CCH, 1099)Provide technical and security support of Property Management software. (Yardi Voyager, Commercial Caf)Departmental / User Support

Assist users with basic application software support in Finance, Leasing.Assist staff in the development and creation of reports and data sets used in finance.Evaluate user requests for new reports or changes to reports and help them develop strategies to accomplish their objectives.Develop and maintain documentation of procedures and changes to reports and communicate to users how changes will affect use of the application.Assist users by creating and maintaining SQL projects.Assist users with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint questions or troubleshooting.Create and maintain Excel Macros to be used in the transfer of data between systems.Assist with new software implementation/management.Coordinate calendaring, scheduling, and testing of all aspects of any finance system upgrades, including internal staff and external vendors.Training

Provide training to staff on financial software.Provide training to new staff on the use of departmental software and applications.Serve as contact between finance vendor and internal staffServe as contact between finance and IT staffOther duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Knowledge of SQL, Access, and/or Visual Basic required.Accounting information systems (AIS) specialist, who can use accounting and technical skills required.Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, especially Excel macros or automation.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to balance interruptions and handle multiple and varied tasks.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to be tactful, exercise diplomacy and a high degree of confidentiality.Required Education/Experience and Benefits

Associate's degree required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience with financial reporting a plus.At least one year information technology experience with an emphasis on Office, SQL and Cognos or other report writing experience preferred.Benefits Summary for eligible employees:
