Interested in opportunities that provide team-based care and access to student loan repayment programs?Fremont Family Medicine Walk-In Clinic is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice caring for walk-in patients across the generational spectrum. Experience is required (1-3 years). Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants can only be considered as we care for patients of all ages.Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians.
