Conducting global patent prosecution and effectively managing patent portfolios.Providing expertise in freedom to operate and patent clearance analyses.Handling licensing agreements and other technology transactions.Conducting due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.Collaborating with legal teams to develop and articulate effective legal strategies.Requirements:
Must be registered with the USPTO.Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Possess 8-14 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law.Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing and research.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.Superior judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Certifications:
Active Bar license in Missouri (MO).Skills:
