Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Sat, Sun 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Be an
Advocate of Empathy : Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Be a
Patient Observer : Discover residents’ interests and collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans.
Be a
Master of the Mise en Scène : Prepare environments for successful resident experiences.
Be a
Life Partner : Partner with residents in daily life activities.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with the orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
Computer skills for documentation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls.
Must be criminally cleared.
