Week 1: Tues, Wed, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Sat, Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PMCome join our team at Vitalia Senior Residences at Westlake located at 26695 Center Ridge Rd. Westlake, Ohio 44145!Responsibilities:Be an “Advocate of Empathy”: Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.Be a Patient Observer: Discover residents’ interests and collaborate to create engagement plans.Be a Master of the Mise en Scène: Prepare the environment for daily activities to enhance resident experiences.Be a Life Partner: Assist residents in all facets of daily life.Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.Minimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.Basic computer skills for documentation.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift/move items up to 50 pounds.Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls.Must pass a criminal background check.Employment Benefits:Company Match 401(k) with 100% match up to the first 3%.Medical, Dental, Vision insurance available after 60 days of employment.Disability insurance.Employee assistance program.Weekly Employee Recognition Program.Life insurance.Paid time off (up to 115 hours per year for Full Time).Tuition Reimbursement after 90 days.Employee Referral Program.Complimentary meal each shift.Daily Pay Option.Promote from within culture.For more information, visit us on
