Senior IT Analyst/Support Technician

with a growing law firm in

West Los Angeles . The Senior IT Analyst will work with an MSP and other vendors to provide in-house support ensuring a safe and effectively running environment. At least 5 years of technical support, related to troubleshooting hardware, software and light networking is required. This position is hybrid, (2-3 days per week in office) in their West LA office.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to users with setting up and configuring laptops, printers, and any other related devicesProvide timely and effective resolution of technical problems remotely or through desk-side supportCreate user guides when necessary, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting stepsWork with outside vendorsAssist with software installations, upgrades, and configurationsPerform training for new hires and staffLog and track incidents and service requests through the firm ticketing systemManage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access levels and administer Active Directory, and Office 365 applicationsAssist in the implementation and configuration of new hardware and software solutionsWork with external IT resources to identify, report, and respond to potential cybersecurity threatsMaintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and legal requirementsQualificationsStrong knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications, including Active Directory, Azure, Exchange and Office365 required. Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics preferredFamiliarity with M-Files or similar document management system preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferredAt least 5 years of experience working in a help desk or technical support role, preferably at a law or other professional services firmCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or HDI Desktop Support Technician are preferred
