Job Title: Quality Group Leader

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Group Leader to oversee the quality systems in our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing setting, with a particular emphasis on maintaining and improving ISO 9001 standards. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, supporting our mission to improve healthcare education and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing direction and support to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
Manage incoming inspection processes to ensure that all materials and components meet quality standards before entering production.
Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures.
Provide training and support to staff on quality-related issues and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
