A Family Law Firm in Westchase, Houston area seeks a FULL TIME experienced Family Law Attorney.
You must be able to handle all aspects of a divorce case from day one. Common tasks include legal drafting, discovery, attending mediation, and attending trial. You will focus on managing your clients’ cases and providing expert strategies. You may be assigned clients involved in situations including but not limited to initiating and finalizing divorces, spousal support, child support, and child custody. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must.
Qualifications:
Spanish Speaking required
Divorce law experience required
Licensed by the State Bar of Texas
You must be empathetic
You must genuinely care about your clients
Salary: Negotiable; salary commensurate with experience. Pay is based upon experience in family law, ranging from $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Great work-life balance)
