Property & Casualty Insurance Litigation Associate

with

3 to 6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience

to join their Atlanta office.Candidate Profile:JD

from a

top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.Active Georgia bar license is preferred, but the firm is open to considering highly qualified candidates seeking to relocate to Atlanta.3 to 6 years of substantive insurance coverage litigation experience , with a strong understanding of insurance coverage and carrier issues.Experience with bad faith insurance issues is preferred.Exceptional legal writing and research skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities , with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Federal or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage and litigate complex insurance coverage cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents such as briefs, complaints, and motions.Provide strategic advice and representation to clients on insurance coverage matters, including bad faith claims.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.Engage directly with clients, offering practical solutions to complex insurance issues.Why Join?
