As experts in healthcare IT experts, Apex is committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across different systems and devices.Summary:Goldbelt Apex LLC seeks an energetic Senior Program Manager for a potential three-year contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting various program and functional mission areas, including response to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, advanced research and development, regulatory affairs, modeling, emergency preparedness, emergency management/response, logistics management, acquisitions/contracts management, policy and planning, financial management planning and analysis, operations and administrative management (travel/IT/facilities/etc.), strategic staffing, employee development, ethics, public health communications, and stakeholder engagement. This long-term commitment ensures stability and the opportunity for significant impact.This onsite position may require support in both government and non-government locations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in a related field.Minimum five (5) years of senior leadership and program/portfolio manager experience or similar work experience.Minimum five (5) years of proven work experience managing complex projects, programs, and portfolios above independent for-cost past/fail certifications.US Citizen (able to obtain a Secret security clearance if needed).Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree preferred.PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000 per year.Pay and BenefitsAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
