The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. The primary appointment would be at the University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) - Sandoval Regional Medical Center (SRMC) campus, Department of Anesthesiology & Critical Care Medicine. Successful candidates will join a group of experienced Anesthesiologists.Rio Rancho, New Mexico boasts 300+ sunny days per year and is a prime location for outdoor activities such as climbing, hiking, skiing, and more! Albuquerque alone offers more than 400 miles of hiking trails.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:Must hold unrestricted medical licenseMust hold M.D. or equivalentMust be Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or within three years of residency and active in the certification processPreferred Qualifications:Resident Teaching ExperienceResearch and Scholarly ActivitiesExperience Working in Trauma Call AssignmentsA demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communitiesApplication Instructions
