GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee Fulfillment Center operations to include distribution and made to order.• Lead team to include overall senior leadership for team, budget, and planning. Provide leadership to ensure location is an employer of choice through best practices, work environment, and employee engagement.• Direct leadership team in the efficient and safe operation of Fulfillment Center activities.• Pro-actively seek new and innovative warehouse operational strategies to move building to 'best in class'. Deploy continuous effort to reduce cost, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.• Develop, lead, and implement strategic and tactical objectives in direct alignment with corporate goals and annual operating plan for profitability and quality customer service initiatives.• Prepare annual budget forecast, analyze, and adjust quarterly budget based on business requirements.• Responsible for Fulfillment Centers deliverables, timelines of completion, and budgets/profitability.• Develop effective business partnerships with all senior department leaders and facilitate cross-functional activities to meet or exceed established annual operating plans for the building.• Collaborate with facilities and safety teams to define capital expenditures, ensure all OSHA and regulatory provisions are complying and manage a safety training program and practices.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 5+ years warehouse operations management experience with top line leadership responsibilities within a distribution facility.• Forward thinking, visionary and dynamic leader with strong sense of urgency, follow-up, decision making and judgment skills. Ability to motivate, mentor other leaders, and develop high performing teams.• Hands-on experience with developing, implementing, and managing warehouse and e-commerce operations with expertise in receiving, processing, and distribution/shipping.• Exceptional skills in process development and improvement with certification and experience in Six Sigma, Lean Systems, or similar continuous improvement.• Demonstrated success building strong cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.• Experience in developing and implementing annual strategic plans and achieving annual improvement targets.• Familiar with WMS systems.• Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
