The mobile team empowers Zalora e-commerce business by crafting the best iOS app experience for our users. As a member of the mobile team, you will work on building features to provide a fun and seamless shopping experience for the millions of people who shop at ZALORA. You will work closely with cross-functional squads and crafting sophisticated apps with the iOS SDK.Our app is currently written in a mix of Swift and Objective-C, with all new code written in Swift. We're in the process of moving towards an architecture which will enable us to increase the testability of our code and help us maintain the excellent stability that our app enjoys.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product and UX Research team to develop features for the iOS platformBuild high performance, well-structured native app with modern iOS best-practices in mindEnsure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the appRequirements:
B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or equivalent experienceProficient with Swift and XCTestExcellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skillsExperience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuningKnack for benchmarking and optimizationWorking knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures (MVVM or VIPER), trends, and emerging technologiesSolid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and design patternsBonus point if you have experience working with CI/CD, automation tools or functional programming
